We act as your official key holder and conduct 12 monthly inspections of your apartment,
confirm the inspection by email and detail any matters requiring attention.
As your official key holder, we will also provide any of the Additional Services listed on Page 2
at the Discounted Price; or any other work you may require at a Pre-Agreed Price.
Studio, 1, 2 & 3 Bedroom Apartments - €150 Per Year In Advance
Additional Services - Payment by Mutual Agreement
